40 By Spring Semester - A 4 Month Challenge

Well I did it again. I dropped my class that I would have to go to in person and picked up another online class. My reason for doing this? It's fairly a simple one...I need to lose weight! Not that I feel like I will be judged in any way, but for my comfort sake I want to be down at least 40 pounds before I start back taking classes in person.
Since I am starting my last year of school, I have to take the class next semester so that I can graduate on time. My plan for the next four months (September - December) will be simple:
+ Food - I plan on eating 1600 - 1800 calories a day. I will not add too much salt or eat too much processed food. I will keep my eating out to one meal a week and to have a treat on Friday.
+ Exercise - I will follow my Turbo Fire program as scheduled. I have been having a hard time with staying motivated with this, so I will be making a calendar that will be able to mark off each day that I do a workout. Keeping myself accountable the best way I can.
+ Water - I will drink at least 64 ounces of water a day and eventually work up to 100 ounces. The best way for me to do this is to workout as I tend to get in my water goal on these days.
+ Sleep - I need to make sure to go to bed as soon as I get home from work and not get distracted with being online or doing homework. I will do my updating after I eat my breakfast.
+ Blog - To keep myself accountable I am going to blog about my progress at least twice a week. Since I am back in school I will need to spend more time studying.
This is going to be a very interesting fall semester as I work to get myself physically ready for next semester. I can't wait to see just how much I will change.
