Ok I had a horible summer, gained all my weight back plus a couple of pounds. I will be starting over once again. This time I will be much more careful to not gain it back yet again. Start on Monday with walking per doctor, take it slow. He was not surprised with all the stress I have been under. Still bowling but could be doing better. Injuried my ankle, then other problems that kept me from doing cardio for a few months. Pounds kept coming back on. First 5, then 10, then another 10 and so on, this time 9 pounds in about 2 months. Oh well win some lose some. House is still not completed and still living in only 1/3 of house plus lots of mold found in hallway, from last fall when house got water down the walls ect. No wonder haven't felt well and tired out. Will show some more pictures at some point. Haven't been spending too much time on the computer. Maybe a few times a month. Bye for now.

    I rejoined our Fibro team, and saw this blog. I also saw where in March you were going to leave and glad you didn't. I left for about six months, just turned my page off, but am back again. I would imagine the mold would definitely make you sick. Please be VERY careful with that stuff. Check the internet about it as it can really make one sick. I'm glad you're back, and taking it slow. I hadn't worked out in over six months, and have decided to just walk since it's so nice in the mornings now, and not push too much on the ST so as to not hurt myself.

    I feel your pain. Going through a lot of stressful situtations makes the weight come back on.

    Teri, I am so glad to have you back & have thought of you often, but so sorry you have gained. I have continued on with the program and have gained as well. I hope you ankle is doing better. When you get back on and going, be careful and don't re-injure. There are several ways to keep the exercise going and some of it will be a good fit for you!

    Oh, Teri, so sorry to hear about the rough summer! You know that we are here when you are ready to come back! Too bad about the setback in the house remodel. I'll bet that is getting pretty old right about now. Hope that everything is taken care of soon and that you are back with us!
