Hello, SparkPeople! Here's how I did on my SparkPeople assignment and you can decide for yourselves how well I did. However, if you have negative things to say, I'd rather not hear them, thank you. My week is over and I'm moving on. :)
My meals (breakfasts and lunches) during my workweek from Wednesday though today.
- 1 slice of buttered toast
- Low-carb Hardee's turkey burger with double veggies (a turkey burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, with double tomato, pickles, and onions)
- Bran Flakes with milk
- Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla
- 1 can of Spaghettio's w/ meatballs + 1 glass of orange juice
- Banana Nut Granola cereal with milk
