My husband uses this in a new recipe that we've been trying out, for something called a pupusa mix (basically, shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell peppers and onions mixed with the vinegar and spices). It tastes great with grilled chicken and we love it.
I recently came across an article about apple cider vinegar and all of the health benefits from it that I found very interesting and wanted to share:
I feel inspired to try out most of the uses that the article suggests, and will need to post later about any positive results!
