Day 222 of doing 10 minutes of exercise, not consecutive days
Heavy Cleaning or house cleaning 45 minutes 445 calories burned
pool skimming 10 minutes 0 calories burned
My husband and I went to workday today at our church building. We were there by 10 AM. He mowed and I cleaned two bathrooms, dusted another room, swept and mopped the floor.
We came home and ate lunch. My husband mowed our front and back yards. The neighbor with the hauling business gave my husband a gasoline-powered lawn mower. It is supposed to be self-propelled, but that doesn't work. We have an electric lawn mower and my husband has been borrowing a gasoline-powered one from his brother, going to get it and then having to haul it back and putting it back in their building.
I went to Rite-Aid and bought some school supplies for a friend that has stage four kidney failure. She can't afford them for her two boys.
Rodger finished mowing and we were getting something to drink and our son called from the ice rink. He wanted to know if my husband could haul the lawn mower they use at the rink to his friend's house so he could mow today. We went to the rink and our son's friend met us there, but someone had taken the mower and never brought it back. While we were waiting, and my son and his friend were searching for the mower, our son bought us each a piece of cheese pizza from the concession stand at the ice rink.
We came back home, got the mower we just were given and hauled it to Pennsylvania for our son's friend to use and will pick it up tomorrow, be the Lord Willing after church.
On the way home from there we stopped at Walmart. Hubby bought a gas can and I tried to find the rest of the school supplies. I couldn't find tissues and sandwich bags, so I will have to go to a store I am used to shopping in to finish the list. Then I will have to find a box to mail the stuff to Virginia.
I came home from Walmart and skimmed off the top of the pool. Leaves are falling here on some trees. I also put chlorine tabs in the floater and one in the skimmer. Our son said he would vacuum it tomorrow.
It is 7:24 PM and we are finally done running around. Hopefully....
