I weigh on Friday afternoons...and yesterday the scale said that I lost 1.2 pounds last week. Again, my negative thinking went something like this...'What? I worked out six days for an hour each day AND stayed within my calorie plan! All that work for 1.2 pounds?!'
That kind of thinking is not good for me. I must learn that this is going to be a lifestyle change and it is going to be a slow journey. I have made positive choices for the last three weeks...I have not felt the overwhelming anxiety that used to lead me to compulsively binge since I began SP and that is a HUGE thing!
The therapist that I'm working with has lowered my daily calorie intake to 1300 and raised my days to exercise to six for this next week (my fourth on SP!). Can I do it? Only with help from God and my new SP friends!
Fourth week...HERE I COME!!
