Trying different things and goals

It has been years since I tried yoga. I tried again today. Even though it was different, I am glad I did it. I mixed up my work out routine, so that's good, right?
I need to work on attainable goals. Just like school, I can't finish a 3 year program in a year. Similarly, I can't lose all the weight I want to lose in a month. I need to focus on making this a lifestyle change, not a get skinny quick scheme. So my attainable goals:
1) Weekly, at least once, try to walk, jog. The long term goal being to run
2) Eat a 'whole food' once a week. Just once. A banana or apple or something like that.
3) Eat out no more than 2 times a week.
