Gym season has begun, so I've completed a couple of full body workouts and it sure feels good to have a little Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) in my abs and glutes. I've been completing high-rep, low-weight sets, so I'm not too sore, but a little is just right--let's me know I've worked out, encourages me to hit the gym again, and yet doesn't slow me down!
Not sure if I'm going to be able to be back in the gym tomorrow as my day's kind of off the hook, but we'll see. One way or the other, I'll get back there soon enough and work on the next round of DOMS!
