Cabbage soup diet Day 2 entry

Well today is my second day on the diet and im hungry im eating loads of food like oranges and vegetables, i made some pop corn cauliflower last night and ate it and its so good i can feel my tummy burning away fat,i did a juliian michaels yoga last night and made my body sore im hurting all over.Im so tired i know i can get through this day i did this before several times i go on this diet for one week every month.I did with Jullian also the bar bell work out that was in the video it was hard to keep up with this exercise i did my best to keep up i am so tired i know i can do this but have to go through the work outs to lose fat. I am planning on doing a diffrent type of exercise tonight,maybe work on my tummy or thighs they need some reproduction. its so hard to keep up when your over weight and y knees have pain.my plan today is work on other parts of my body and eat tons of more vegetables and maybe some fruit if i get more hungry i will be eating more cabbage soup to fill me up.
