The SparkCoach action plan today was to plan 10 healthy snacks between 100-150 calories and post the list on your refrigerator. This is my list:
1. 20 Almonds (139 calories)
2. 1 medium banana (109 calories)
3. 5 cups healthy pop 94% fat-free popcorn (100 calories) Keep leftover popcorn in an airtight container so it won’t go stale
4. 1 medium apple, cut in slices (81 calories) and one chocolate chip cookie (59 calories) (Total 140 calories)
5. ½ cup cottage cheese sprinkled with Mrs. Dash seasoning (81 calories) and 8 wheat thin reduced-fat crackers (65 calories) (Total 146 calories)
6. 1 slice whole-wheat toast (65 calories) spread with 2 Tbsp hummus (50 calories) (Total 115 calories)
7. 1 single serving package of Activia yogurt (70 calories) and 3 pretzel twists (69 calories) (Total 139 calories)
8. 1 Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix Bar (140 calories)
9. 1 medium orange (62 calories) and 10 almonds (70 calories) (Total 132 calories)
10. 1 string cheese (60 calories) and 1 all-bran blueberry muffin (74 calories)(Total 134 calories)
