This afternoon our family is heading to Columbia to celebrate our oldest daughter's birthday. She gets to pick the restaurant, which will be Olive Garden, and then we'll do some shopping to get her some things that she needs for school.

We are thankful for the gift that Savannah has been to our family for the past 22 years. My wife and I are wondering where all the time has gone.

Her actual birthday is on Monday, which will be her first day of school at Lincoln U, so we thought we might want to celebrate it today.
