Hi :) I joined Sparkpeople a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE it so far. I did the 14 day free trial of SparkCoach and decided today to get a paid membership. I find that it's been helping me start my day off right and stay on track.
This is my first blog entry and today on SparkCoach, my action step is to list some meal ideas. Here's what I've got in mind...
- Tortilla, lettuce, salsa, 1/2 c. beans w/ taco seasoning
- Quinoa, beans, and broccoli
- Morningstar veggie crumbles, manwich sauce, rye bread, vegetable
- Boca burger, bun, ketchup, vegetable
I'll have to come up with some more, but those seem pretty well rounded. I tend to have smaller meals like this because I like to have 3 snacks during the day as well.
