Saturday, August 25, 2012 an acronym in the English language for "False Evidence Appearing Real".

Fear and doubt are normal human reactions to growth. They are evidence of your past
limited beliefs about what is possible for your life. Don't be afraid of your fears. Embrace
them. To live well, do something different with your fears. See them as a sign of growth.
Use them to push you further ahead into the new vision you are creating.

Good food for thought! Fear can be a scary thing...but fear of the unknown is, in my opinion, the worse fear of all. I'd like to not let fear dictate what I can't do, but rather push me to realize what I'm capable of doing.

Thx for the post!

Fear for me arrives in many forms - becoming aware of how I experience and express fear is the first step to confronting it.
