Had a wonderful time last night at the farm. We didn't get to pick anything because we missed the last hayride, but the music and the cars were awesome. Most classic car owners would rather you "look but don't touch." But one nice gentleman saw Kina admiring his Corvette and allowed her to actually sit inside, sticky fingers and all. She was ecstatic.
Today I'm going to get back on the positive path of my journey. Thanks Dee for reminding me that this is indeed a journey.
I have a bit of back pain today but I'm going to do my exercises, take a pain pill, use a heating pad and carry on. Gone are the days where I use my back pain as an excuse not to exercise. I know my limits and I will stay within them.
7:30 AM- packet of instant grits (100 cal), hard boiled egg (80 cal), 1/2 cup cranberry juice (65 cal)
9:15 AM- 1/2 apple, 1 TBSP peanut butter (90 cal) water
10:45AM- 5 wheat crackers (70 cal) strawberries
Going to do some housework for 2 hours then going to see "Hope Springs" at noon.
12:00 PM- Kids size unbuttered popcorn and diet coke. (380 cal)
4:00 PM- light beef frank (90 cal) light roll (80 cal) 1/2 serving oven fries (60 cal) other 1/2 of apple from earlier.
7:00PM - goldfish pretzels, 1% milk, 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Hmmm....I don't see any veggies eaten today. I'll make sure I double up tomorrow.
