Snack: Oikos strawberry greek yogurt, Polly-o string cheese

Lunch: 1/2 Peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread

Snack: Fruit salad

Dinner: Salmon with steamed broccoli and roasted potatoes

    Yum Yum I am coming to your home !!! I will bring a nice green salad fully loaded with all sorts of finely chopped vegetables I put in a 1/4 cup of assorted nuts , plus orzo I love turkey bacon, keep eating healthy!!!!
