Most of the day today I was plagued by a migraine. I really dislike days like this. I did a spark video the 20 min dumbell workout, which I really enjoyed. I went over my calorie goal. I am really hoping to continue to get ahold of my over eating and reel it back in. Some days I do super and other days not so much. Tomorrow I am going to check out another video and worj VERY had to stay within my calorie goal. Have a great weekend everyone!
