Day 11

Most of the day today I was plagued by a migraine. I really dislike days like this. I did a spark video the 20 min dumbell workout, which I really enjoyed. I went over my calorie goal. I am really hoping to continue to get ahold of my over eating and reel it back in. Some days I do super and other days not so much. Tomorrow I am going to check out another video and worj VERY had to stay within my calorie goal. Have a great weekend everyone!

    Hey as long as you tracked your food, thats good. GO over your food tracker. Look at where you might have been able to make changes. You exercised! Thats a huge plus! You are really working hard on making this a lifestyle change and thats a good thing!
