Made my personal best this morning!! Yea!! I managed to get my rear to the Y for 4 morning classes. 3 half hour water based physical therapy classes and a 45 minute water aerobics session. Made a new friend who lives not to far from me and is on facebook and sparkpeople...

So...hopefully we can bug each other to keep going. :)

When I logged my workout this morning I realized I had done 2 1/4 hours of exercise this week. No wonder I'm running out of steam. Sad the Y is closing for 5 days for annual maintenance. Bummer, just as find my motivation it's closing. I'm trying really hard to decide if my 420 pound ass should try yoga-held in the evenings, at the Y. I feel like a beached well doing Yoga, though I enjoy the stretching and relaxation part.

    Congrats, great accomplishment... I haven't worked out that long in one day before. Having a friend can be a huge bonus. Sounds like you're off to a great start.
