I plan to add one good habit at a time.
The changes will be small; however, that is how I plan to add new, good habits.
I want changes that I can continue to do all my life. I am interested in lifestyle changes. Things that are realistic and not so difficult that I will not be able to continue. I want to focus on positive changes.
The first change is adding a healthy snack. I prepare the snack earlier in the day and have it ready. I am adding a healthy snack; I am not taking away anything. When I eat that healthy veggie snack, I will eat fewer of the items I want to limit. The focus is on getting something good and not losing something. This is a great journey and the support of SparkPeople is great! SparkFriends are wonderful!
