so this is the end of week 2, ok technically that is in two days, but I assess my goals on Friday's when i weigh in. (I could change this to Monday but Friday, is just when i choose to do it)
so my short term goals are
drink 8 glasses of water daily (met)
no soda daily (met)
weigh 165 (no met)
walk daily (not met)
so I have been doing really good at drinking my water. I also haven't been drinking soda. For this week I lost about 1 lb. So I have not met my goal of weighing 165, but that will come. Walking daily, I should get on this one, but for some reason I just don't. I may change that to exercising at home. Or maybe I should just change it to exercise daily.
so my new short term goals are
drink 8 oz glasses daily
no soda daily
I am a little disappointed that I didn't lose more this week, but I also didn't exercise. I need to not weigh myself on Monday or other times during the week. we will see how i do with that.
