I haven't been doing great with my eating or exercise. I haven't been eating completely bad but sure not doing great either.
Yesterday I kept feeling sick to my stomach so I ended up eating some crackers that where in my pantry. Ugh, I read the nutritional information AFTER eating a whole bunch of them. Serving size was 4 crackers (yes 4) and each serving was 60 calories and 2.5g of fat. Let's just say I ate way more than 4! Then add in all the other carbs bread, etc. I was eating yesterday... So bloated today that I am a pound heavier today than yesterday. Ugh!
I need to get a grip here, back to exercising and back to my healthy carbs, not those terrible crackers! Life is not perfect and I am not perfect but I am going to do my best to get back on track and I will hit my goals! Some slip-ups is not justification for giving up!
