Is anyone else feeling this?

I know this will sound like a strange question but an unasked question goes unanswered so here goes.

Is anyone else not feeling hungry? For the last few days I have not been hungry at dinnertime.

I am eating breakfast but in smaller portions. I eat a cup of cereal and skim or low-fat milk. Maybe a piece of fruit.

For a morning snack yogurt and a piece of fruit/ dry cereal and a piece of fruit / veggies -cucumber or carrots with salad dressing or low fat cheese

Lunch varies- but lately I have only been eating a bite or 2 or skipping it

Afternoon snack a piece of fruit and cup of hot chocolate

Dinner - Chicken or turkey and veggies. 1/2 portions.

Wed I put my lunch in the microwave and forgot about it. I didn't get hungry until around 4pm so I had a few bites of the chicken and pasta I packed and was done. I ate 1 turkey burger for dinner and was done. No afternoon snack.

Thurs I had a 2piece chicken meal from Popeye's. only ate the coleslaw, wing and fries. the breast is still in my work fridge. I ate one skewer of chicken kebabs I made for dinner. No afternoon snacks.

Today I have had 1 cup cereal and skim milk and I haven't been hungry since.

I am still drinking my 8+ glasses of water and exercising but I have never had this before. I am just not hungry.

If you have any insight I would love to hear it. I've had something similar where I didn't want to eat for a few hours after exercising but i would be starving by dinner time. Now I'm just not hungry at all.

    Learning to eat intuitively means trusting that our bodies will tell us when we are hungry. Some days are hungry days, and some days aren't.

    The tools here on SP are good, but they aren't perfect, because they can't take into account the very things that the articles state: our bodies aren't simple banks where we make calorie deposits and withdrawals and come up with perfect balances at the end of the day.

    Make sure that what you ARE eating is healthy, and be willing to feed your body when it needs feeding, and you should be fine.

    When you get rid of a lot of junk in your system, the insane cravings subside.
    Your body well tell you when it needs fuel. Just keep giving it the right kind and you will reach your goals. You're doing great

    When I'm eating enough protein, I'm not as hungry between meals. When I'm eating too much sugar, I'm starving all day.

    Sometimes my lack of hunger is brought on by stress. I can't eat when I'm hot because the heat makes me ill.

    what have your tracker results reported to you? Now that I have been conscious about what I eat. I have been finding that I am not hungry from spacing out many small meals and feel good the whole day. Down fall is when I see the end days report I am actually falling too short of my goals for a healthy and safe loss. Losing too much too fast can harm you. And chance of a back slide is much easier. I have to set up times during my day to force myself something small to eat. It is great that you are not fighting with hunger but be careful.

    I go through phases like this too. Mostly it's hot weather that brings it on. I eat only because I know I should, not because I'm actually hungry.
