I know this will sound like a strange question but an unasked question goes unanswered so here goes.
Is anyone else not feeling hungry? For the last few days I have not been hungry at dinnertime.
I am eating breakfast but in smaller portions. I eat a cup of cereal and skim or low-fat milk. Maybe a piece of fruit.
For a morning snack yogurt and a piece of fruit/ dry cereal and a piece of fruit / veggies -cucumber or carrots with salad dressing or low fat cheese
Lunch varies- but lately I have only been eating a bite or 2 or skipping it
Afternoon snack a piece of fruit and cup of hot chocolate
Dinner - Chicken or turkey and veggies. 1/2 portions.
Wed I put my lunch in the microwave and forgot about it. I didn't get hungry until around 4pm so I had a few bites of the chicken and pasta I packed and was done. I ate 1 turkey burger for dinner and was done. No afternoon snack.
Thurs I had a 2piece chicken meal from Popeye's. only ate the coleslaw, wing and fries. the breast is still in my work fridge. I ate one skewer of chicken kebabs I made for dinner. No afternoon snacks.
Today I have had 1 cup cereal and skim milk and I haven't been hungry since.
I am still drinking my 8+ glasses of water and exercising but I have never had this before. I am just not hungry.
If you have any insight I would love to hear it. I've had something similar where I didn't want to eat for a few hours after exercising but i would be starving by dinner time. Now I'm just not hungry at all.
