I am not moving as fast on this trail as I would like to but I am still moving forward in my own way. This week I am focusing on tracking my food. Good, bad and ugly. I am paying attention to what I am eating and how I feel afterward.
Not eating after supper is the second thing I am working on and have been for a few weeks. I am realizing I don't need to snack that late. I haven't been a night time snacker but sometimes when my husband is having his ice cream it is hard not to have a bit. My portions were small but...having it at all is not a habit I embrace.
Small changes do make a difference!
