I have made lots of changes over the summer. I have been eating right and exercising at a level that I can keep up with on a regular basis. I have been enjoying the benefits that come with being good to my body and my mental health. I've lost 26 lbs so far and looking for 10 - 15 lbs. more. I am looking forward to the Fall as I loose my last few pounds and stay active as the weather starts to change. In one month I will be celebrating another Birthday and look forward to being in good health for the celebration.
I appreciate my SparkPeople family and the encouragement and help they have been along the way.
