Progress is progress, whether it's being able to walk 30 minutes instead of 29. Whether it's losing 1/2 a pound, or being able to put your jeans on without the "jean dance"..haha!
(That's what my face looks like when I do my jean dance!) Every small step leads to ultimate victory!
My biggest goal used to be lose the weight!! But now I see how inspiring a HEALTHY lifestyle can be, and that is my real goal...I want to inspire people to make small changes that lead to their own personal victory!
