So a few of you have been asking how I am doing, and what I am doing, so I will fill you in a little bit.

Basically you pay for your food through them, they provide you with 5 meals a day, and you provide a 6th meal of a 'lean and green' consisting of 3 servings of vegetables and 5-7 oz of lean protein.
It has been going really well for me and I really am never hungry! A bit gassy the first few days while my body is adjusting to the soy protein that is in the meals, but I feel much better! Not to mention I am down 6.4 lbs in 5 days...
I will load a few pictures of what I have eaten, but it's not everything, just some that I have thought to take pictures of..
There are pancakes, soups, chili, sloppy joes, cereal, pudding, ice cream, etc! Lots of foods to choose from.. It's very convenient for my hectic life :)
**Just FYI. This plan also has a transition phase, where you incorporate less and less of their food to switch you over into maintanence. They have a book that teaches you about the healthy habits of life. I am not writing this blog to get opinions of what I should and shouldn't be doing. This is what is working GREAT for me right now, and I know that it's not a lifelong plan (although I might still buy some of the food for snacks, they are good and full of protein!) but it fits my life right now! This is a blog just for people to read that were interested in learning more about the program, not for criticisms. :) Thanks! :)
