I've been trying to sync up with DH's schedule, which is a bit difficult for me because I'm a night person and he gets up at 5 am. So Monday I got up at 5 am, but went back to sleep around 10 am so I don't really count Monday. The rest of the week I got up and stayed up. The past 2 days I actually went for a 2.25 mile walk around 7 am. Its all I can handle right now. Sad, I was up to 4 miles a day a few months ago. Its amazing how fast you get out of shape if you don't do it every day. But its better to do the 2 miles then nothing! Hopefully DH will want to take a walk this weekend if he can find the time from work.
I've also gone back to tracking my meals again, I need to drop the weight I gained while in Clearwater, Oh and my cholesterol went from 140 to 207 since June all from eating out!! I gave blood last week and was shocked to see it went so high! Yet another reason fast food is SO BAD for you!!
I've been really busy working with my online books selling business. The inventory program I'm using is really difficult to understand and I took a couple months off due to my MIL's illness and passing so I'm having to go over every thing again. I'm glad I had not gotten to the listing books on line part, that would have really been a disaster to cut out if I had orders to get out.
I'm just trying to set everything up legitimately, with an eye on opening an actual bricks and mortar store some time next year so there are a lit of things to set up. I have to take time out today to do 6 years of tax returns for my SIL, she really blew it not filing those years and it caught up with her. Its the EZ form so it shouldn't be too bad, just taking time away from MY work but gotta lend a g=hand when you can.
