Today I reset my goals on sparkpeople. I am trying to figure out if I am eating too little. I have made a conscious decision to exercise. I am driven to exercise like I never have before. I have been able to wake up earlier and walk on the treadmill. The last 4 weeks have seen anywhere from 40 minutes to 60 minutes with the incline set at 10 and the majority of the time at 3 mph. I have also started strength training. Since I started the exercising I have lost no weight. I tried updating my exercise tracker with what I am doing and it updated my diet a little. I don't think it was enough. I think I might have been in starvation mode. That is why I reset my sparkpeople. I have myself to the end of the year to lose the weight. I put in the exercising I expect. The calories came out lower than what I had before. What am I supposed to do. I feel like I am getting more fit. I need to lose the weight too. It is not healthy. Ugh! Do I eat more than the tracker says? I do not want to exercise less. I like the progress I am making.
