Amazing. I'm a fan of fresh produce... but really appreciate a quality packaged food.

Enjoy the pickles... but don't waste the veg in the bottom of the mason jar (carrots, red pepper, and garlic if you'd like). Make your favorite "basic" tuna salad, chop up the bottom of the jar veg and mix them in the salad. More crunch, more flavor, more veggies! Rock star...

Be sure to watch the total sodium content if you are sensitive!

    I wonder - Does it help to run cold water over the pickles, to "wash away"
some of the salt ?
