Hey I haven't written in a few days and thought that I would. Today I exercised for the first time this week! I rode my bike to bayshore mall, which is over 2 1/2 miles away and then I rode my bike back. It was hard because it was really hot today and I had to go uphill on the way back, but I did it! I was exhausted by the time I was done with it, but am happy that I went. Earlier this week I kept on making excuses as to why I didn't exercise, but today I decided to just do it.
Oh yeah, here are the results of what happened when I went to the doctor. It is good news, my ankle is not sprained. I just hurt it by running, but it feels fine now. The doctor says I should avoid running for now and do low-impact exercise. She also gave me some ankle exercises to do to strengthen my ankle. The only bad news was that I could not go to the Klotche center for pt because they don't do the kind that I need for my neck there. I also tried to work out at the klotche center that day, but was told that it was closed until the 29th. I am finally going to pt tomorrow. I can't wait. It has come to the point where I dread riding in any vehicle and am avoiding going anywhere because I don't want to hurt. I hope I can get it better enough before school starts, I have to ride the bus to school and riding the bus really causes me to get bad tension headaches.

I am really excited. The event is on september 22nd, so I need to figure out what I need before then to get ready.
