Ouch Ouch-- OOo Ouch
Well it doesn't hut that bad- but I can feel the aftermaths of ZWOW 3 and 5.
Yesterday around 3 I started to feel very overwhelmed at work- Stressed and Tired... Really Tired.
When I got off at 5 I had planned to go to the gym for a run before heading home to do ZWOW 3 and I am actually glad I skipped the gym. That workout killed my legs I dont think I would have finished it with a run before it.

Split Squat Jumps
1 Leg Lunges 10lbs
I hadn't done this workout before so I have nothing to comepare my time with, but it was challenging for sure all the isolated 1 leg moves Burned. I completed it in 12:41 and continued to get dinner ready for my brother and Brian. Ohh Wait did I mention the house was 82 Degrees SWEATY MESS
Today was a real Challenge- woke up early to work out
This is a HUGE deal for me as I usually roll out of bed with just enough time to get ready and grab my lunch.
I did ZWOW 5 because it had a 10 Min AS Many Rounds as Possible- I should have done 15 min but past is past.
10 Bicep Curls Sholder press
30 Mountian Climbers
10 Sumo Deadlifts
5 Burpees to the Florr
I completed 5 rounds and 7 bicep curls.
I used 10lbs for the first 3 rounds and 5 for the next 3.
Just got back from my 40 min 2.8 mile walk on my lunch heading back to finish the five miles after work should be about a 35 min walk.
Then meetin up with my girls for Mexican Dinner and good news I am not feeling a marg so I will be drinking WATER
