Great Blog Sara (sorry if I spelt your name wrong)' You are so right about respecting were people are at in their life, supporting even the smallest accomplishment and helping others believe in themselves. Let's face it one of the reason's we are here is the lack in confidence in one self and low self work. With the right encouragement we can all accomplish great things. With the right support we can all learn to love ourselves for who we are! 1974 days ago
I agree with all that you are saying. I know that when you lifestyle changes NOT everyone wants to go along with you. People that we were spending time with were people we had a lot in common with. "Birds of a Feather Flock Together." when we make changes in our lifestyle we develop different habits. That is we are changing to the better. I notice that people didn't want me to spend time on myself because it took away from the time that I was giving to them. Then all of a sudden I was selfish. I had changed. Well, guess what YES I changed for the better and started taking care of myself instead of giving ALL my time to others. Change is good, but others don't like it if it includes changes in their life too. Those people become the haters. So those are the ones we don't need in our lives. Hey, there are new people out there that needs a well balance friend, So Keep on track!! 1975 days ago
I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! You've taken all those words right out of my mouth. Some people have nothin better to do with their negative self than to try to make us "happy" people miserable! "Get a life"... I say!! Great vlog my SparkBuddy .... you totally 'R O C K' to you Sarah From totally NON-HATER Carol!! (Hapinana) See it's even in my name "Hapi" 1975 days ago
OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE that saying about "If it's not cureable with broccoli then you aren't really hungry" I have never heard that before and I seriously am going to make that my background on my laptop!
Ha! I love you!!!!! Your vlog is amazing!!! I love that "choose to not be a hater!" I have the biggest issue with people who are 10-20 lbs overweight and when you have people my size who are like "oh YOU need to lose weight /eye roll" it doesn't matter if you need to lose 1 lb or 500 lbs! It doesn't matter Haters work both ways and we ARE all in different places!!!! Like the soda drinker i agree completely even just a goal like that is an accomplishment and they are doing better for themselves!!!! Oh we are so alike you have no idea lol!!! 1976 days ago
You are awesome. I know I have told you this before but it's true! Hater's are always gonna hate, all we can do is be ourselves and give them something to be jealous about! We all have struggles and sparkpeople is a place where we should all understand that everyone is in different places in their lives but we are all wanting the same thing..to make our lives better and to overcome our problems. I have seen some pretty hateful comments on other people's vlogs and it makes me a little hesitant to be as honest as I want to be. I do love the coffee cup! 1976 days ago
i'm so glad for this vlog b/c that's one of my fears is making sure my routine does follow zumba. to make sure i incorporate the zumba moves but also be able to add abs and other moves in too without going to far away from zumba. i want my music mixed up with loads of popular songs. shoot, i just want my group to have a blast and get the best workout ever. i'm sure i'll be able to handle haters but it's preparing myself to be able to stand strong and say i'm really not doing anything wrong.
it is amazing!! i do want what your smokin, lol. you really never know who's watching and what kind of chance you have to make someone smile..thanks again love! :)
