Losing with the Snoozing!

While I get that I have not been with SP and my new lifestyle for long (only going into my 3rd week) I must say, I am losing with the snoozing! I made 3 personal goals for myself: 1: Eat a healthy breakfast - check!; 2: Stretch for 5 minutes a day - check!; 3: Wake up without hitting the snooze button - fail!
I don't feel like I am totally letting myself down on this one as I do get up earlier than I had been, but I must admit that I am not waking up with that first alarm. I guess 2 out of 3 ain't all that bad though, right? I also joined a goal to drink at least 8 cups of water a day and I have stuck with that one as well as my other two personal goals.
All in all, I am living a lot healthier and doing more than just dreaming about what it could be like if I were to live healthier; and in the end that is what counts*

    Sounds good to me. I always hit the snooze on my alarm lol. I set 15 min early. Your doing great! Keep it up:-)

    You're doing great, I also hit the snooze button too many morning but it's better than it was before. Keep working on it, you'll get there. I like Rbetyourass' idea of rewarding yourself for not hitting it; I think I'm going to try that one.

    I don't think you can beat yourself up too much for that one. I know that I"m guilty of hitting the snooze button one too many times myself. Let's just hope you've got someone in that bed who doesn't want you to leave....

    I'm a snoozaholic myself! For some reason I've been really good so far at never pressing it thank heavens. It takes practice and for me a reward. If I pressed snooze I couldn't have my morning cup of coffee on the way to work. And believe me I can't deal without it so I know not do press it!
    Look at it this way, at least you have something still to work on since you are doing a great job at everything else!
    Keep pressing on but not literally! HAHA

    haha I know!!!! I don't get why when I am allowed to sleep in I don't but when I have to be up all I want to do it snooze! I do wake up earlier than I had been, so I take that as a semi win but still a little disappointed. However, being that I am doing so well with everything else I won't get too down on myself. As they say, "Can't win them all"

    lol!! the only day I succeed in my "not hitting the snooze" are on my days off!! LOL!!! Glad to hear I'm not the only one... emoticon
