While I get that I have not been with SP and my new lifestyle for long (only going into my 3rd week) I must say, I am losing with the snoozing! I made 3 personal goals for myself: 1: Eat a healthy breakfast - check!; 2: Stretch for 5 minutes a day - check!; 3: Wake up without hitting the snooze button - fail!
I don't feel like I am totally letting myself down on this one as I do get up earlier than I had been, but I must admit that I am not waking up with that first alarm. I guess 2 out of 3 ain't all that bad though, right? I also joined a goal to drink at least 8 cups of water a day and I have stuck with that one as well as my other two personal goals.
All in all, I am living a lot healthier and doing more than just dreaming about what it could be like if I were to live healthier; and in the end that is what counts*
