I stayed on track yesterday with my eating. You know my biggest problem is I think about food all the time. I'm not even hungry and all I can think about is food. Yesterday I was busy and I didn't even think about it. Matter a fact I was low on he calorie intake.
I'm going out with friends this weekend and I plan on eating before we go. This will be a true test.
I want to add also that I got off my butt and rode my stationary bike or 35 minutes
