I stayed on track yesterday with my eating. You know my biggest problem is I think about food all the time. I'm not even hungry and all I can think about is food. Yesterday I was busy and I didn't even think about it. Matter a fact I was low on he calorie intake.

I'm going out with friends this weekend and I plan on eating before we go. This will be a true test.

I want to add also that I got off my butt and rode my stationary bike or 35 minutes

The decaf sounds like a good idea!

I think because I am so busy at work this week with finalizing up everything before I leave (which tomorrow is my last day) I haven't had time to think about food. But on the weekends when I am just sitting around the house all I can think about is food.......

    Staying busy really is important. I'm very disciplined during the work week, but weekends tended to fall apart.

I found that making a pot of decaf and having a cup every few hours made me feel like I was snacking, without the carb/calorie whomp of a real snack.

    I love food and am hungry way too much. The busier I am the less want to eat.
