I have managed to track my food for a whole week. I even stayed within my allowed calorie amounts. I didn't do much exercising with having to take care of Jake in the evenings. I am proud of my tracking though. If I can stay on top of my food I am sure I can slowly add in exercising as I go. My husband is also planning on joining me in this weight-loss journey. I just have to keep reminding myself that we are two different people and different things work for him and not for me. I can not allow myself to be dependent on him for exercising and to "JUST DO IT" That is my motto this time around. No excuses or procrastination.
I recently went back and read my old blog entries from the last time I was really into sparkpeople. It was really motivating reading back on my successes. I think blogging also really helped keep me on track so I am determined to start it up again.
