Change in my medication

Thursday, August 23, 2012

My therapist is having me wean myself off of my lexapro and onto 120mg of Cymbalta, which so far has seriously suppressed my appetite. I don't normally eat when I'm not hungry, but the last few days I've actually had to put reminders on my phone to eat because I'm never hungry!

What do you guys think? How can you get yourself to eat when you have no appetite and nothing sounds good?

Also, it's doing wonders for my water consumption because it gives me really horrible dry mouth.

Changing meds can be challenging. Try hard to keep your food and water consumption where it should be. Good luck.
