Food hasn't been crazy but it hasn't been perfectly tracked and on point either.
Room for progress!!!!
I just did my run for today, 4 miles, which means I'm on schedule to do my 8 tomorrow and 17 Saturday. WOOHOO! If I get in those runs that means I'll finally have my normal Sunday off day and be back really on schedule. I've been kinda swapping things around a lot lately and running a lot of days together between my family visiting and then the hard half marathon the following weekend, but now I think I'm getting on track with the running schedule.
I had a FANTASTIC 12 miler yesterday that just felt amazing. Today's 4 was just there. Not great but definitely not bad. This week's total mileage will be 45 - a new all time weekly PR.
I will do some ST before I take a shower for the first time in ages.
To be clear, ST for the first time in ages, I shower quite regularly. ;)
But seriously, while my running has been goinggoinggoing my food and my ST has been a thing where I keep saying I need to do it and keep not doing it. I just need to rebuild those habits because I used to be so on point with both of those things so that I didn't even think about it. I just did it. I want that back! And I will work to get it.
