Grateful Heart...

Thursday, August 23, 2012

I woke up and as I drove into work, I was having a hard time feeling positive. However, now, as I start reflecting, I have a grateful heart for all that God has blessed me with. For the most part, I try to be positive. It's not always easy-especially at work. But I'm a work in progress.

I did get up yesterday and go for a 22 minute walk first thing. I felt good and I walked very briskly. I felt good breathing in the fresh air and thankful that I could be walking.

I am going to look into taking aquatic classes. My daughter has been taking swimming lessons (last week and this week) so I've determined which teachers I care for and which I do not. I just need to make it work with my lifestyle-school is starting soon for DD, my full time job, my Scentsy business and church group I have to map it all out on paper.

I weighed myself yesterday and I was down .8 from the beginning of the month. It's not much but considering how I have eaten this month, I'm very thankful it's not a gain. Another thing I'm happy about is I was able to wear a pair of scrubs I hadn't worn in a few months and they are still baggy. I'm looking forward to them being way too big like they were about 5 ys ago!

So with my grateful heart, I'm looking forward to wearing smaller sizes and clothes I haven't been able to in some time!

What are you grateful for today???
