Advocare TF/CLX day 10 results

I've stayed on track for the most part, a couple small slip ups with eating. Have done all the workouts- with modification. My kids have found the workouts to be a form of entertainment lol. Its seems that I have a problem with the transitioning from standing to floor exercises and back. I've had some cravings but I have resisted. When I craving hit it usually meant it had been too long since the last time I had eat. I was really nervous about eating out on this. I ate one time on most days. My son and I ate mexican yesterday and was really shocked that the food was not near as tempting as I was expecting. He was really sweet, when they brought out the chips and salsa he moved them to the other side of the table. He decided not to eat them either. I kept telling him it was ok. We did bring them home so him and his brothers could eat them later.

I'm really happy with the 1st 10 days. I've went from 242.2 to 233- 9.2 lbs in 10 days.

Lost a total of 10.5 inches.

My thighs have always been a place I've had problems loosing- so really happy with the results. I could tell my clothes were getting looser. Cant wait to see what the next 10 days bring.
