I just realized I had let life get in the way. I haven't even thought abuot reframing my evening eating until today. The last time was August 5th. That is 18 days. So far the progress is drinking more hot tea in the evening, though not because of my goal of eating less in the evening, but because of thirst. So today is my day two of decrease eating in the evening by doing what my Son calls a crave walk. Its a method to switch the mind to breaking a habit by focuing on something positive. For some that can be moving out of the living room and putting on some music and reading, snapping your fingers to some fast beat music -- really anything that switches you mind in a conscious manner to something else besides mindless eating while watching 15 year old reruns of Seinfeld.
