168.8....still

o.k. I know that I shouldn't really weigh myself more then weekly, but I just wanted to check. And here I am still at 168.8. Yesterday it was 169.4. So I guess I should be glad I went down, but I was at 168.8 last friday. I was hoping to have lost more this week. Hopefully by tomorrow am it will even itself out and I will loose a pound or two. I am not totally sure what I am doing wrong, but do have a few ideals.

I hope I have some more gone tomorrow

    Stick with it!

    I plateaued around 165 and stayed there for a couple of months, but during that time I lost 3% body fat.

    So take a listen to your body and see if there are other tell-tales of progress: do you feel better? clothes fitting better?

    Remember to count the non-scale victories too!
