Breakfast: peaches n cream oatmeal
Snack: 3 boiled eggs with mustard, paprika, and chili powder
Lunch: Wendy's Baja salad (1/2 size)
After workout snack: yogurt and pineapple chunks
Dinner: tomatoes off the vine and a Philly steak n cheese Lean Pocket
I met my calories/fat/carbs/protein again!
Drank lots of water.
Went 13 minutes on the elliptical today (much easier and faster than yesterday!)
Did 52 minutes on the stationary bike.
My tank top was soaked in sweat!
The entire time I was thinking of my niece. Today would've been her 27th birthday. My sister told me that our whole family (in Texas) went to the cemetary, wrote notes to Tina on balloons, then released the balloons so that they could reach her. Awww! They sang Happy Birthday then went home and ate cake with my nephew Tony (Tina's twin brother). I'm so happy my sister had a good day!
I listened to Beastie Boys Radio on Pandora the entire time I was working out! There were lots of early 90's rap songs that I hadn't heard since I was a kid, and it brought back several childhood memories. I bet my niece was laughing at me, because I was dancing half of the time that I was on the bike!! LOL. Loved my workout today. Total BMR deficit for today was 1,972 calories!!!
Can't wait til tomorrow!!
