The past couple of days I've getting hungry really quickly after I eat, I've just been blowing it off because I don't want to over eat but I am just soooo tired of it. Before my journey I was pretty much snacking all day and never got the chance to feel hungry. So eating less, more healthy and exercising a lot more is causing my brain and body to freak out. I'm just really hoping that my body gets used to this life style change soon.
I feel like that this time I'm really going to get healthy. I have full confidence in myself that I haven't had before and I truly believe it's because of this site and all of you. I feel good encouraging people and I feel good that people encourage me.
