Soo it seems that I'm stuck at 160 pounds. I can't seem to loose anymore.
I am aware of the evil plateau that people hit but i swear i am doing more than I was when I was loosing pounds.
A personal trainer that I've talked to at the gym says that I should be doing more weights than cardio and that weights are gonna make me loose more. But I haven't found that to be the case.
I don't really know what to do. I do need to increase my strength to meet requirements for school but i'd also like to loose some more fat lol particularly around the thighs and stomach area.
Do I just need to be more patient? Do more cardio?
on another note, I start school September 4th. The day I have been waiting for has finally come!!
I've been running around trying to find used books, and today started looking for boots that will actually fit me. They have to be black, polishable, and have a CSA green patch..
ANd i have to get up at 5am tomorrow for work.
