I am down just under 4 pounds in a month of eating right, drinking water and working out. I haven't taken my measurements to see inches lost but I will in about a week or so. I know that shows progress too. And the most important thing is to be healthier and make better choices. Not so much what a scale says but I have to get those numbers to drop too. I ordered HCG drops which I was then told I should not use because of side effects but I have them now and might try them. I used Sensa for a while too. My secret weapon has been 5-Hour Energy shots that I use on days I feel ran down and unmotivated. I get my workouts in and housework done and have ME time to read and once it gets cooler I will have time and energy to work on an afghan I want to crochet for a friend for Christmas. It is a little too warm to do that yet! Yay! I am getting there. Slow and steady wins the race!
