I am trying to make exercise of some sort a daily part of my life. I am currently on day 2 of my streak.

Tuesday I walked. Since May I have been sporadically walking. I have worked up from 3 laps around the pond in my neighborhood to 6 laps around in one hour. My new goal for walking is to speed up enough to get 7 laps in one hour. I have been loading music into iTunes and creating playlists. I have one great one that is all 70s hits, I have musical theater soundtracks and the one I have been walking to lately is all Clapton.

Today (Wednesday) I decided to start my new Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I had read a bunch about it and one person said she didn't think 2 minutes of warm up was enough so I went outside and walked two easy laps around the pond...very slow, as warm up. Then I came back inside and did the level 1 workout...well I attempted it. I only gave myself credit for 10 minutes in the tracker.

My plan is to continue for thirty plus days to take my two warm up laps and then do the thirty day shred...I will take some rest days and just walk on those days.

    Sounds like you've got a good fitness plan in the works...does Shred do any strength training? Keep up the great job!
