I went to the dr today hoping she could tell me what's causing my pain and would treat it. She told me alright but there is no treatment option. I have adhesions from my gallbladder surgery.I guess I'll have to deal with this pain the rest of my life.

I also got weighed at the Dr's office. I prayed their scale was way off. Today was the day I was planning on weighing anyway so after the appointment I went to the scales I always weigh on and sure enough I gained 5 pounds this week. I have no idea how that happened because I've been eating a lot better than I have for a while.

It's just been a really rough day, praying for a better one tomorrow.
