Day 11 = tried

I don't know if I have just been pushing myself too hard or what. As soon as I got home this evening, I was tired. I ate a little dinner and then took about a 20 minute nap. I knew that if I stayed in the chair I wasn't doing anything else tonight. I made myself get up and go for a 40 minute walk. Tonight is going to be an early night for me.

    Your body is facing a lot of changes - it's just trying to adjust. Upping protein can help and exercise can make you feel more energetic too once it's done.
