Let me preface this blog by saying that my trainer is a lovely, young lady but man is she a tough trainer! Today she delivered an evil workout!!
The transitions were shorter and I moved quickly into the next exercise, with hardly a chance to wipe the sweat out of my eyes or get a drink.
On today's agenda:
Side to side on the Bosu - The first one that the guy is doing in this video (no medicine ball though)

Mountain climbers on the bosu
Burpees on the bosu
Squats on Bosu throwing/catching medicine ball
This one was really tough. Many times I lost my balance and "fell" off the Bosu while catching the ball.
Walking lunges with medicine ball across room and back
Pushups on Physio Ball
Dumbbell flies on Physio Ball
Lateral Raises on Physio Bosu
Plank on Ball
The last and best (worst) exercise of the day:
Side plank to regular plank to side plank without touching the floor in between!!
I was dying and couldn't wait for the time to end. It was only a minute but seemed like 10!
Lots of exercises on the Bosu (unstable surface) to work the core. Still waiting to see some inches go.............
