Today I saw a specialist for my knee issues, which I do about once a year for treatment, and this time also for my Achilles tendon/ankle issues. My tendons and ankles are getting better, and he saw nothing to worry about as long as I keep bringing my weight down. My treatment for my knees is the same, and I can't wait for it to kick in since I waited 6 months longer than normal. (Stupid social anxiety.)
Soon riding my bicycle will get easier, yay! Soon walking up stairs will be easier! And just plain walking for that matter, I will be able to exercise with less pain, making it easier to exercise more. And, the more weight I lose the less knee issues I will have. The cartilage won't grow back, and the bone spurs won't stop growing, and the arthritis will still be there, but so much less weight on them will help a lot!
Every little bit helps!
