Pretty good

I still haven't lost all the weight ive gained over the last year, but I'm not doing bad. I'm exercising for the most park 5-6 days a week . That's never been my problem it's always been eating, & not binging especially at night. My youngest daughter has been inspiring me by her dedication. This last month in particularly. She's been eating pretty well & going to the g with me consistently. My older daughter only goes once in a while. I've been eating pretty well,& snacking less which is a large problem for me. Im going to track my food consistent & that will help me a lot. It's so easy to lose focus, and underestimate your food at least I haven't gained weight. Hopefully by my next blog I'll have lost a little:)
